Guangxi Beihai AVIC Petroleum Technology Development Co., Ltd. is a private joint-stock petrochemical enterprise focusing on the production and sales of chemical products. The company is located in Linhai Industrial Zone, Tieshan Port, Beihai, Guangxi, and was established in 2011. The main shareholders are Yuexiang Tianyuan Group Guangxi Beihai Heyuan Petrochemical Co., Ltd. and Beijing AVIC Technology Development Co., Ltd. (each holding 50% of the shares), with a registered capital of 20 million yuan. The company covers an area of ??90.99 acres and has an existing 200,000-ton/year liquefied gas comprehensive utilization device and storage and transportation system. It will be put into trial production in December 2019. Its supporting 20,000-ton/year sulfuric acid concentration device is under construction, which mainly processes and regenerates 90% sulfuric acid discharged from the production device.
The company uses liquefied petroleum gas as the raw material, adopts the American DuPont STRATCO effluent refrigerated sulfuric acid alkylation process and its patented reaction equipment (STRATCO contact reactor), and uses concentrated sulfuric acid (98%) as a catalyst to produce high octane Value gasoline components and by-product part of liquefied gas. The raw material C4 processing capacity is 200,000 tons/year; the main product is isooctane is 160,000 tons/year, the by-product liquefied gas is 40,000 tons/year; the waste acid (90% sulfuric acid) generated in the production process is recycled through the acid concentration device use.
